What your first try dive is like
No previous experience is needed. We start with a briefing on land where you learn to breathe underwater and equalise your ears. Then you make your first dive, accompanied at all times by a certified instructor, at your own pace.

Responsible diving in southern Tenerife
The seabeds of Las Galletas and Tenerife South offer warm waters year-round, good visibility and rich wildlife: turtles, trumpetfish, moray eels and more. We dive respecting the seabed and without touching wildlife.
Before flying after diving
For safety, after a dive you must wait 12 to 18 hours before flying or going up to Mount Teide. Keep this in mind when planning your last day in Tenerife.
