Booking

You can book directly online through our booking system. Choose your experience, select the date and follow the steps to confirm.

Yes. Each experience has a booking button where you can check available dates and times.

Yes. If you are not sure which experience to choose, you can contact us before booking and we will help you select the best option.

We recommend booking in advance, especially for private experiences, because availability is limited.

Location

Our experiences depart from Marina del Sur, in Las Galletas, in the south of Tenerife.

Las Galletas is a coastal area in the south of Tenerife, near Costa del Silencio, Palm-Mar and Los Cristianos.

There may be parking options near Marina del Sur, but we recommend arriving with enough time before your experience.

Transport conditions may vary depending on the experience and availability. If you need transport, please ask before booking.

Private experiences

Our boat is licensed for up to 10 guests, but we limit private experiences to 6 for comfort, space and quality.

Because fewer people means more space, closer attention, better visibility and a calmer experience on board.

Yes. Some private experiences are available in 2-hour and 3-hour options. You can choose when booking, subject to availability.

Yes. If you want something more personalised, send us your preferred date, number of guests, duration and what you would like to include.

Whale watching

No wildlife experience can be 100% guaranteed. We observe animals in their natural environment and always adapt to the real conditions of the sea.

Tenerife is known for its marine richness, with resident and migratory cetacean species. What you can see depends on the season, sea conditions and wildlife activity.

No. We observe marine life with patience, distance and respect. The ocean is not a stage and wildlife is not a show.

Yes, depending on the child's age, the chosen experience and sea conditions. If you travel with children, contact us before booking if you have doubts.

Snorkel and diving baptism

No. Our snorkel experience is guided and suitable for beginners, depending on sea conditions.

No. The diving baptism is designed for beginners who want their first underwater experience with professional guidance.

For snorkel and diving activities, it is important to feel reasonably comfortable in the water. If in doubt, ask us before booking.

Yes, the required equipment is included in experiences where it is needed.

What is included

Yes, drinks are included in most Ocean Friends experiences.

Yes, insurance is included.

Yes, our experiences are guided by a professional team.

We offer experiences in English and Spanish. Other languages may be available on request.

Photos and videos are available as an extra package.

Yes, children can join many of our experiences depending on their age, the activity and sea conditions.

Private Whale Watching, Private Ocean Pack and Private Snorkel + Boat are good options for families looking for comfort, space and a more personal rhythm.

Yes, we recommend contacting us if you travel with young children or are unsure which experience is most suitable.

Sea conditions and cancellation

If sea conditions are not suitable, we will contact you to reschedule or find the best available option according to the booking policy.
